The upper PCIE x16 lock clip is broken. This does not affect performance whatsoever. On top of the case, the headphone jack and microphone jack is not flush with the case. This does not affect performance and can be easily repaired by reseating the motherboard or slightly bending the jacks to flush with the case. The hard drive bay is slightly bent. This also does not affect performance and the bay is still functional.
